This is our first construction project, our idea was to build a house of
holidays in a region that we love and that once retired, it becomes
our primary residence. So we knew what we wanted: flexible comfort.
We also knew that the Maisons Sic had a good reputation through relatives who
had already had good experiences with this company. So we made them
confidence and frankly we do not regret.
The sales representative we met in Paris knew how to listen to our desires,
needs, and our budget. He was able to "decipher the plans and models of the house
so that we visualize the house and can project ourselves into it easily. He is
came several times to meet us in Paris to show us the progress of the project.
On site, in 47, the teams were also responsive, attentive to our expectations and
requests. And we were lucky to have a relative who could follow the work.
The covid has only slightly delayed our construction site and all the teams have worked hard
doubles to make up for lost time as much as possible.
We are very satisfied with our house which corresponds to what we expected.
The big moment for us was handing over the keys and above all to see that,
indeed, the house is in accordance with our wishes and with what we had not seen until then
only remotely.
I think we made the right choice of builder. They were able to adapt to the terrain, to
our requests, to developments on the site.
