I wanted to become independent and I was lucky enough to have some land. So I went to Home Expo in Bordeaux and the only salesperson who bothered to come to me was the one from Maisons Sic, that was already a good point. Then I looked at the reviews on Google and the company's longevity convinced me to contact them.
I did not encounter any particular problem on my project, it should be noted that the driver was very attentive and responsive. The house is in line with my expectations.
If I had to give any advice to people who want to build, it's to go to trade fairs and compare builders' offers. And above all to see with which team he can establish a relationship of trust and respect. One very important thing is to take the steps well in advance for the water and electricity connections.
